SZL Biomass steam boiler

　　SZL type series double boiler vertical chain furnace drain steam and hot water boiler adopts quick assembly or assembly structure. 4~6t/h is the quick-fill water pipe structure, which is delivered after the whole assembly in the factory; 6~35t/h is composed of two large parts: the upper part is the main heating surface, and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front end of the boiler body is the upper part of the water wall, which is arranged around, and the lower part of the connection between the water drum and the header forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace. The rear end of the boiler is arranged with dense convection tube bundles between the upper and lower drums, and the high-temperature smoke after combustion. After the gas passes through the secondary return stroke, the convective heating surface is laterally directed to the separately arranged economizer, and finally the dust collector is discharged through the chimney.

CNC manufacturing technology
· The key processing technologies such as steel plate blanking, circle garden, drum drum and tube plate drilling adopt advanced numerical control processing to reduce the assembly stress and prolong the service life of the boiler.
· Steel pipe cutting, thread pipe pressing, and convection pipe processing adopt advanced numerical control technology.

Advanced welding process
Boiler longitudinal and circumferential seams, welding of tubes and drums, welding of pipes and flanges, and welding of all important parts are automated welding methods such as submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding to ensure welding quality. All longitudinal girth welds are 100% ray tested.
Seat flange welding, robot welding.
Chain grate panel, front and rear smoke box panel using CNC plasma cutting machine, neat and beautiful.
Unique structural design
According to different tonnages, different numbers of independent wind silos are set from front to back of the grate.
