DZL Biomass steam boiler introduction

  DZL series quick-loading boiler is a horizontal three-pass water and fire pipe chain grate boiler, which uses medium-sized bituminous coal. The boiler body is arranged in a longitudinal manner in a single drum, and a threaded pyrotechnic tube is arranged in the drum to constitute a convection heating surface, and the drum and the water cooling walls on both sides constitute a radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment uses light chain grate; The electric control realizes stepless speed regulation of the grate, limit parameter alarm and interlock protection.

  • The welding of the smoke pipe and the tube plate adopts pre-expansion to eliminate the gap between the tube and the tube plate, and then the welding process of argon arc welding is used. Effectively eliminate stress and prolong boiler life.

  Unique structural design
